Parent Line
Parent Line is a 24 hour parent helpline that can provide information and advice for parents across a range of issues, from changing nappies to handling discipline in children and teenagers.
The service is available for parents with children 0-18 years.
Experienced counsellors are available to take your call about any parenting problem or issue and to assist you over the phone with support and information.
They will help you to explore different options that are open to you in your situation, send you written material and link up with local services if you wish.

The Early Childhood Intervention Info line
The Early Childhood Intervention Info line provides free telephone information and advice for parents with young children with a developmental delay or disability.
Information about the right services for your child can be difficult to find when you need it.
The Info line maintains a large range of information about education, therapy, medical services, respite and support for families.
The NSW Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care provides a range of information and services for children with a disability or developmental delay.

Child Abuse Prevention Service (CAPS)
Child Abuse Prevention Service (CAPS) is a national service, running a 24 hour, free and confidential telephone support line (1800 688 009) with the aim of alleviating child abuse in all its forms. CAPS provide information, support, crisis intervention and referral to parents and carers.
